REGISTRATION FEES
Registrations for the Farewell dinner are now
closed ! A limited number of tickets may be purchased "on-site" at the
registration desk of the symposium. All participants including accompanying persons must complete the pre-registration form.
PARTICIPANT
Until August 1st, 400 Euros - After August 1st, 450 Euros
Fees for participants include:
Participation in scientific sessions
Coffee breaks and lunches
Entrance to exhibition
Welcome reception - Le Quartz, symposium center - Thursday 1st October
The printed material of the symposium
A certificate of attendance
Participation to the Farewell dinner - Friday 2nd of October - at "Musée de la Marine", 100 Euros

CANCELLATION
Cancellation requires a " written message " and is subject to the following conditions:
- Until 15 September, 2009: 70% refund
